NapQueen Victoria Hybrid Mattress Recall Program

NapQueen has voluntarily issued a product recall for Victoria Hybrid Mattress, in cooperation with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) as the mattress fails to meet the mandatory federal flammability standard, posing a fire hazard.

This recall is applicable only to mattresses purchased between February 2020 and October 2023 for prices between $160 and $375. It involves all sizes of the NapQueen Victoria Hybrid Cooling Gel Memory Foam and Pocketed Coil Mattress.

[Important] Customers who purchased a mattress after October 2023 can be assured that their mattresses meet all current CPSC safety standards and are not affected by this recall.
